Maria Beekman serves as President of ALL DRIVE LLC, where she leads the organization's strategic operations, client engagement, and organizational development initiatives. She is passionate about helping leaders, teams, and organizations create cultures where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to achieve excellence.
In addition to her leadership with ALL DRIVE, Maria serves as an Admissions Specialist at Milwaukee Area Technical College – Mequon Campus, where she helps prospective students navigate life-changing educational opportunities. She is also an active member of MATC's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, collaborating to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and equitable environment for students, employees, and the broader community.
Maria is a Qualified Administrator (QA) of the internationally recognized Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®), one of the world's leading assessments for measuring and developing intercultural competence. Through the IDI, she helps organizations better understand cultural dynamics, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build inclusive workplace cultures that drive organizational success.
Her professional experience spans leadership development, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, student success, facilitation, and executive coaching. Maria has facilitated professional learning experiences, delivered keynote presentations, and served on numerous leadership panels, equipping leaders with practical strategies that strengthen teams, inspire collaboration, and produce measurable results.
Maria earned her degree in Counseling and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling, further strengthening her ability to coach, encourage, and support individuals through both personal and professional growth. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that every individual has the potential to thrive when given the right support and opportunity.

Demetri Beekman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ALL DRIVE LLC, a national leadership and organizational culture consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations transform their culture, develop exceptional leaders, and achieve sustainable results.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Demetri has dedicated his career to helping educational institutions, nonprofits, churches, government agencies, and businesses create environments where people thrive, teams perform at high levels, and organizational excellence becomes the standard.
Known for his engaging leadership style and practical approach to organizational transformation, Demetri has coached executive leaders, developed high-performing leadership teams, facilitated large-scale organizational change initiatives, and delivered keynote presentations across the country on leadership, organizational culture, belonging, employee engagement, and systems improvement.
Currently serving as a Manager of Operations and member of the Superintendent's Cabinet for Milwaukee Public Schools, Demetri provides executive leadership supporting 36 schools serving more than 13,000 students, while coaching principals, developing district leaders, leading organizational improvement initiatives, and strengthening school culture throughout one of Wisconsin's largest school districts.
Prior to joining Milwaukee Public Schools, Demetri served as the Executive Director of Equity and Inclusion for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, where he led statewide initiatives that strengthened educational equity, inclusive leadership, and organizational culture. Under his leadership, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction received the 2024 Wisconsin State Diversity Award for its Equity and Inclusion work—a recognition of building a culture where employees felt valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
Throughout his distinguished career, Demetri has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, director, executive director, and district executive, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of leadership at every level of an organization. His unique combination of executive leadership, instructional expertise, organizational development, and culture transformation allows him to bridge strategy with execution, helping leaders produce measurable results.
Demetri holds two Master's Degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Administration and Supervision and is completing his Doctorate in Global Leadership and Change, with research focused on how district leadership culture influences organizational performance, equity implementation, and student success.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Demetri's leadership philosophy has been shaped by decades of coaching and teamwork. He remains the NCAA Division II All-Time Career Assists Leader and was recognized as High School Basketball Coach of the Year during his seven years coaching in Milwaukee Public Schools. These experiences continue to influence his belief that extraordinary organizations are built when leaders develop others, create trust, and build winning cultures.
Today, Demetri partners with organizations across the country to help leaders transform organizational culture, increase employee engagement, strengthen leadership capacity, improve collaboration, and create lasting organizational success.
